Check out Spot Runner
It allows entrepreneurs to create commercials and buy ad space on TV networks for affordable rates in an easy to use process. In less then 20 minutes I was able to set up a campaign for advertising on the Food channel in Western mass. Advertising on TV (at Spot Runner rates) is significantly cheaper than I realized. They also help you with reaching the correct demographics and optimizing your campaign budget.

Spot Runner's air time is more expensive than their biggest direct competitor, Cheap-TV-Spots.com. Spot Runner won't let you have your ad to air yourself forcing you to buy their more expensive air time. Spot Runner also won't allow your ad to air on national networks. Spot Runner's web-sized version for my web site has a big distracting watermark on it. If I stop paying for Spot Runner's way too expensive air time they indicate that they will sell my ad to a company just like mine in my own home town. CheapTVSpots.com is more flexible and does everything Spot Runner can't with their semi-automated system, and they do it better and cheaper and faster than Spot Runner. If Cheap TV Spots bought Spot Runner, that might be a pretty good combo, though.
